Carmen (2023) Millepede is a rich modern tale by Nicholas Britell and dreamlike dance scenes that evoke magical realism. The story follows a violently independent woman who is forced to flee her home in the Mexican desert following the brutal murder of her mother. which is another strong and mysterious young woman Carmen survives a terrifying and dangerous illegal border crossing into the United States. but is confronted by a lawless border guard who cold-bloodedly kills two other immigrants in her group. As a border guard and his patrolling partner, Aidan, a Marine with PTSD, is embroiled in a deadly conflict. Carmen and Aidan are forced to escape together.
